This role will be reported to the International Trade Marketing Manager

What You’ll Be Working On
Missions

Support the EU Trade and Marketing Manager in providing comprehensive support in the daily Trade Marketing plans execution.

New Product Launches
  • Update new product forms for retailers.
  • Maintain product data on retailer platforms.
  • Oversee the delivery of product pages for new launches and assist retailers with creative assets.
  • Set up pricing (both internal and external).
  • Disseminate logistics and regulatory information.
  • Manage the process for the translations and educational materials.
  • Ensure clear communication across all internal teams (supply, sales, operations, planning, marketing) and external teams (warehouse, retailers).
Administrative
  • Document actionable meeting notes.
  • Follow up on next steps as requested.
  • Manage operational trackers for deliverables.
  • Track EU retailers SRP on their websites and provide the weekly report.
Marketing
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for the execution of trade marketing plans.
  • Assist with updating marketing calendars.
  • Support tracking of marketing executions.
Sales
  • Review all received Purchase Orders (POs) and report the sales numbers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales operations team to provide necessary support.
  • Maintain close contact with retailers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Monitor lead times to ensure timely deliveries.
Reporting
  • Oversee the delivery of social media and online assets.
  • Track the execution of social media assets and provide the weekly report.
Must Haves
  • Masters student in Business and Marketing.
  • Proficient with data analysis and business KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (French is a plus)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and well‑organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and adopt multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
  • Comfortable working a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in our Paris office).
