A leading cloud infrastructure company is seeking to strengthen its Finance & Controlling team in Paris. You will manage and analyze financial flows across entities to ensure reliable reporting and cost allocation. Ideal candidates should have experience with controlling, accounting, and BI tools, along with a strong command of Excel. Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Finance & Controlling team to support the increasing volume and complexity of international intercompany flows.

Your mission will be to manage and analyse financial flows from our entities in order to ensure reliable reporting, accurate cost allocation, and strong financial steering across the business.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team of 3 people, including a senior controller, a junior controller, and your manager, working on topics such as sales & marketing reporting, operational & financial dashboards, profitability, business plans, capex and assets.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Manage reporting for international subsidiaries and monitor their cost structures
• Ensure accounting compliance of intercompany flows
• Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data across teams
• Handle re‑invoicing, recalculations, and cost allocation
• Collaborate with the supply team on hardware‑related invoices
• Contribute to forecasting and budget preparation
• Build and update P&L statements for the relevant scope
• Support operational steering as a business partner to managers and directors
• Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights
• Support improvement of processes, tools, and dashboards

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS

• Strong financial background: controlling, accounting, intercompany flows, reporting
• Excellent command of Excel (data crunching on large datasets – test expected)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with Sage X3
• Knowledge of BI tools (Metabase or Power BI as a plus)
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Experience working with international entities and understanding global economic models
