You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple channels to educate and engage sophisticated audiences, drive traffic, and support customer acquisition and retention. Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention.
  • Manage editorial planning, including content calendars, categorization, governance, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Create, edit, and optimize content across blogs, research reports, newsletters, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate content programs with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance, social engagement, and conversion metrics, making data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee internal and external content resources, including writers, designers, and agency partners.
  • Ensure content supports educational initiatives, thought leadership, and promotion of products and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong editorial skills with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and to deadlines.
  • Understanding of SEO, content distribution, and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress).
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex projects and prioritizing tasks to deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize content and social media performance.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset markets is a plus.
