Une parfumerie locale cherche un(e) Conseiller(e) Esthétique à Castelnaudary. Vous accueillerez et conseillerez les clients tout en effectuant des traitements esthétiques. Un diplôme BP Esthétique est requis avec au moins 6 mois d'expérience. Ce poste propose un CDI de 35h/semaine avec un salaire compétitif et des performances supplémentaires et des bénéfices sur les produits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 mois d'expérience pertinente requise.
• CAP, BEP ou BP en esthétique ou domaines connexes exigés.
• Compétences en entretien d'espace et en traitements esthétiques.

Responsabilités

• Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser la clientèle.
• Effectuer des traitements esthétiques (faciaux, épilation, manucures).
• Mettre en valeur les produits et l'espace de vente.
• Participer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.

Profile

• Minimum diploma: BP Esthétique.
• Experience in sales and aesthetic treatments is appreciated.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. 4-day workweek with one Saturday off per month and one evening finishing at 6:00 PM. CDI 35 hours/week.

Contract Details

• Type: CDI
• Work hours: 35H/week, daytime work, Saturday work
• Salary: €1802 - €2000 gross/month + bonuses, health insurance

Experience & Skills

• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Required training: CAP, BEP, or BP in aesthetics or related fields.
• Skills: space maintenance, performing facial and body treatments, client greeting, confidentiality, product knowledge, customer loyalty, hygiene maintenance, payment processing, makeup and waxing techniques, use of aesthetic devices, digital tools, sales skills.
