Il/Elle doit avoir d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion d'équipe, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité. Le poste est basé au Mans avec un type de contrat CDI.

Position: Conducteur de travaux peintre en bâtiment (H/F)

We are looking for a motivated Conducteur(trice) de Travaux to join our team and supervise various construction sites.

Main Missions

1. Plan and organize client visits
2. Take measurements and prepare quotes
3. Plan and organize construction sites ensuring smooth progress
4. Manage onsite teams (workers, subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate different trades if necessary
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, deadlines, and quality
6. Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability
7. Analyze plans, specifications, and technical documents
8. Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
9. Handle unforeseen issues and resolve technical problems on-site

Profile Sought

• Minimum BAC PRO training
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a painter
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor
• Good team management and communication skills
• Driver's license B required

Opportunities for professional development include internal training (within a POEI framework) before the contract in CDI. Salary to be defined based on experience.
