Une entreprise internationale de services technologiques recherche un Comptable général F/H pour gérer le cycle d'achats et les frais généraux. Vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne d'une équipe de services partagés, de l'analyse des comptes, et de l'amélioration continue des processus. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, avec des compétences en SAP et Excel. Ce poste offre une flexibilité de travail hybride avec des jours de télétravail.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Gestion quotidienne d'un centre de services partagé.
• Validation des créations de fournisseurs.
• Suivi des fichiers de financement et calculs d'intérêts.
• Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles.
• Participation à des projets de standardisation.

Position: Comptable général F/H (Cycle Achats et Frais Généraux)

In an outsourced management context, you will be responsible for the daily management of the service provider teams handling the procurement cycle accounting processes for NTT France. This includes order follow-up, receipt of goods & services, and supplier invoice payments.

You will act as an expert on associated processes and service management. You will be the internal accounting reference for NTT France stakeholders, providing daily operational support both internally and externally (third parties, organizations). You will contribute to continuous process improvement with service providers, escalate and track issues until resolution, and manage escalation processes with providers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily management and support of a shared service center based abroad.
• Validation of supplier creations.
• Account analysis and monitoring of debtor suppliers.
• Follow-up on financing files and interest calculations.
• Verification and validation of payment campaigns.
• Participation in monthly and quarterly closures: FNP, CCA, reporting, inter-company transactions, etc.
• Data entry of expenses (excluding expense reports) and credit card statements.
• Tax declarations: DEB, DES, DAS2, VAT.
• Ongoing process improvements.
• Monitoring and managing escalations, especially related to purchase order invoices.
• Assistance in preparing the tax package.
• Support to various teams.
• Participation in standardization projects.
• Audit participation.
• SOX controls.

Your profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting firm or in a company.
• Leadership and remote team coordination skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities, react quickly, and be persistent.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, especially in English.
• Experience with shared service centers is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and tracking skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential; knowledge of ESKER is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.
• Ability to initiate continuous process improvements.
• Capacity to analyze operations and anticipate various situations (process or tool evolution, activity peaks, troubleshooting, etc.).

Other details:

• Work location: Paris 17 and 2 days/month at Antony.
• Remote work: 2 days/week.
