A global crypto company is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager in Paris. This role will oversee compliance operations and implement scalable processes in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing compliance metrics, vendor relationships, and a global team, alongside providing training and mentorship. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in AML, knowledge of regulations, and strong communication skills. This position offers unlimited vacation, equity, and a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence for four days a week.

The Compliance Operations Manager will oversee compliance operations for the function and report to the Chief Compliance Officer. This role requires an experienced, adaptable professional who can handle ambiguity and contribute to building scalable compliance processes in a fast-paced crypto environment.
