A leading aerospace company in France is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team in Toulouse. This role involves managing internal investigations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and optimizing investigation processes. Candidates should have a degree in Law or Business Administration, at least 2 years of experience in Compliance, and excellent skills in communication and organization. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being advantageous.

Qualifications

Job Description

Airbus SAS is looking for a Compliance Manager (F/M) to join our Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing and strengthening compliance and export control activities across the business. As a key member of the team, you will manage and support internal investigations, ensuring adherence to legal regulations, protecting Airbus integrity, and maintaining operational excellence across all divisions and regions.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Governance: Report directly to the Head of Ethics & Compliance Investigations; manage and investigate compliance and export control allegations received through internal and external channels.
  • Alert Management & Investigation: Assess, dispatch, and coordinate alerts via Airbus OpenLine and other channels, collaborating with stakeholders across Aviation Safety, Procurement, Corporate Audit, Finance, Security, HR, and subject matter experts.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: Develop, refine, and continually improve internal investigation practices, processes, and tools.
  • Training & Awareness: Support onboarding and training of new investigators; deliver best‑practice sessions and awareness initiatives.
  • KPI Reporting & Communication: Draft and present monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports to top management and committees, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Investigation Support: Assist compliance and export control investigators across divisions and regions to ensure adherence to Airbus practice.
  • General Support: Execute additional tasks related to compliance and export control investigations as delegated.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance and/or Export Control matters (highly valued).
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated independence, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Languages: Fluent English required; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
