Ecole Jeannine Manuel is recruiting a Communications Officer (Native English Speaker)

Ecole Jeannine Manuel — an innovative, international school committed to multicultural understanding and academic excellence — is looking for acreative, proactive, and digitally savvy Communications Officerto strengthen its Communications team.

Working closely with the Director of Communications, you will help shape the school’s voice across platforms, grow our online presence, and create compelling content that brings our community to life. This role combinessocial media management, storytelling, content creation, and event communicationswithin a vibrant international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and translate content (FR / EN) for the website, newsletters, interviews, brochures, and articles.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement and showcase student life, innovation, and school initiatives.
• Manage and update the school website.
• Create high-impact digital content (posts, videos, reels, visuals, interviews, stories).
• Capture photo and video content during school events and promote them across platforms.
• Contribute to online and print advertising campaigns.
• Support media relations and press outreach.
• Participate in alumni network development.
• Assist with the organization and promotion of school events (from major ceremonies to community initiatives).

Profile

• Native English speaker (required)and fully bilingual in French and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism or similar.
• Strong experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Outstanding writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone to different audiences.
• Proficient with creative tools and digital platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM / CMS tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress…).
• Creative, curious, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Interest in education, culture, or non-profit sectors is a plus.
