Job description

Starting on your internship date, you will join the Employer Brand team and contribute to impactful projects that help leading companies enhance their attractiveness and engagement strategies.

Your missions

• Contribute to strategic and creative thinking by drafting recommendations for client proposals and proactive initiatives.


• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends in employer branding and communication.


• Coordinate the deployment of employer brand campaigns with internal teams such as strategic planning, digital, and creative studio.


• Support content creation for editorial strategies and social media initiatives.


• Contribute to agency visibility by preparing case studies, newsletters, and posts for social media.

Your profile

• Experience in communication strategy and content writing


• Experience with market intelligence or competitive analysis


• Academic background : Master’s degree in Political Science, Communication, or Business


• Fluent French and English


• Experience with AI generative tools is a plus


• You have strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate in a fast-paced, multi-team environment. You demonstrate initiative, creativity, and strong attention to detail.


• Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
