Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the global marketing and communication strategy with a strong focus on measurable KPIs and ROI.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and positioning within the sports performance and high-tech sectors.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance objectives aligned with company growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales and business goals.
Team & Project Management
  • Manage and lead a team of 6 digital marketing and communication professionals, covering digital, content, design, e-commerce, Web, Social Media, video creation.
  • Set clear team objectives, individual KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the team to foster creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Implement agile and data-driven management methods to monitor productivity and marketing impact.
Brand Communication & PR
  • Build and protect a strong, consistent brand image across all communication channels.
  • Lead PR initiatives, press relations, and corporate communication to increase brand visibility and media engagement.
  • Measure communication success through media reach, engagement rate, and share-of-voice KPIs.
  • Oversee storytelling, messaging, and creative content to reinforce the brand's positioning in the sports tech ecosystem.
Digital Marketing & Growth
  • Supervise all digital activities (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM, email campaigns) with clear performance targets.
  • Drive website optimization and digital lead generation with quantifiable goals (conversion rate, CPA, ROAS).
  • Implement analytics tools and performance dashboards to track digital and campaign ROI.
  • Deliver regular marketing performance reports to the CEO with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Events & Partnerships
  • Plan and manage ROI-driven events, trade shows, product launches, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with athletes, sports federations, and strategic partners, measuring engagement and activation performance.
  • Ensure events and collaborations strengthen both brand awareness and commercial results.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in marketing and communication roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong background in sports, technology, or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing KPI- and ROI-focused marketing strategies.
