Key Duties

• Manage Claims: Take ownership of claims and tackle non-standard cases with agility, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Make Strategic Decisions: Navigate complex claims matters, fully understanding their implications on a broader scale.
• Autonomous Processing: Efficiently manage loss notifications, cash calls, and claims assessments to meet our internal standards. Interpret reinsurance contract wordings and exclusions.
• Data Accuracy: Input data timely and ensure precision for your assigned markets, enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Solid Educational Foundation: A university degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English and German (optionally), allowing you to navigate diverse interactions.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of insurance and reinsurance, along with extensive knowledge of contract wording.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in Property and Engineering or Liability – 3-5 years of experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and the capability to guide junior colleagues effectively.
