A pioneering aerospace company in France seeks a professional to manage their intellectual property and drawings. Responsibilities include overseeing data quality for CAD submissions, managing PDM registration, and ensuring compliance with drawing release notices. The ideal candidate is proficient in Solidworks, has experience with complex products, and possesses native-level Japanese as well as good English skills. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity of our engineering documentation.

Qualifications

• Be proficient in the operation of Solidworks.
• Familiarity with Solidworks PDM operations.
• Must have experience in managing drawing release notifications.
• Ability to write scripts for Solidworks.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency is required.
• Experience handling products with over 100 parts.
• TOEIC score of 600 or higher for English.

Responsabilités

• Manage Astroscale's intellectual property and drawings.
• Perform quality control on submitted 3D and 2D CAD data.
• Manage PDM registration during the delivery of drawings.
• Control and distribute revised drawings post-approval.
• Create and maintain the Drawing Release Manual.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of Astroscale's intellectual property and drawings, as well as the management of outgoing drawings.
• Perform data quality control of 3D data and 2D data submitted in 3D CAD (Solidworks), including auditing to ensure that 3D follows modeling guidelines and that 2D drawings contain the required clauses.
• PDM registration management at the time of delivery of drawings. Control whether drawings are issued in accordance with the approval flow, folder transfer and revision control of issued drawings, version control of prototype drawings and flight drawings.
• Control the number of Engineering Change Notice (issued drawing notice). Distribute the revised drawings to the appropriate departments after release in accordance with the notice.
• Create, maintain, and maintain the Drawing Release Manual
• Maintain and revise standard drawing frames and standard notes used in CAD

職務内容/役割・責任

アストロスケールの知財・図面の管理、出図管理を担当する。

• 3D CAD (Solidworks)で出図される3Dデータおよび2Dデータのデータ品質管理を行う。３Dがモデリングガイドラインに沿っているかの監査、２D図面に必要な条項が記載されているかの監査などを含む。
• 出図時にPDM登録管理を行う。承認フローに従った出図が為されているかの管理、出図済み図面のフォルダ移管・リビジョン管理、試作図面とフライト用図面の版管理
• Engineering Change Notice（出図通知書）の番号管理を行う。通知書に従って出図後に適切な部署に出図改版された図面を配布する。
• 出図マニュアルの作成、整備、維持
• CADで使用される標準図枠、標準注記の維持・改版
• CADで使用される標準スクリプトの作成、維持改版

資格要件

• Solidworksの操作に精通していること。
• Solidworks PDMの操作に精通していること。
• 出図通知、改版管理などを行っている企業での執務経験があること。
• Solidworksで使用されるスクリプト・マクロの作成能力
• 母国語レベルの日本語
• 部品点数１００点以上の製品の取り扱い経験
• 英語能力（TOEIC600点以上）
