We are seeking an experienced CFO to join our team and lead our finance and accounting functions.

As the CFO, you will work closely with the CEO, executive team, investment fund and board of directors to drive financial strategy and decision-making, optimize financial performance, and manage risk.

Responsabilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategy and planning, in alignment with the company's goals and objects
  • Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to the CEO, executive team, and board of directorsранд>
  • Manage the company's accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee cash management, including fundraising, investor relations, and banking relationships
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial risks, including investments, foreign exchange, and interest rate risks
  • Build and manage a high-performing finance team suitable for international growth, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Help define M&A strategy and provide financial due diligence and support for M&A activities
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldTrim; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a finance senior leadership role
  • Experience in a Big 4 audit firm
  • Proven track record of successfully leading finance and accounting functions in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong analytical n strategic thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in the service industry, particularly with T1 and T2 companies, preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting standards
  • International experience
