Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will oversee the organization’s strategic direction, operations management, financial health, and visionary leadership. Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing business plans, driving sales growth, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and promoting operational excellence. The CEO will also collaborate with executive teams to ensure alignment with WELL's mission and spearhead initiatives that elevate the company as a leader in wellness and medical tourism.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning
  • Proven experience in Operations Management and process optimization
  • Ability to lead and execute Strategic Planning to achieve organizational goals
  • Demonstrated success in Sales and business development
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • High-level experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is preferred
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for turning vision into reality
  • You have a proven track record in leading GTM strategies and business development efforts
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Management, or a Master in Management (MIM); Master in Business Administration (MBA); MSc. in Strategic or International Management
  • An understanding of the wellness and medical tourism, longevity industry or a willingness to learn
  • Experience in a B2B2C environment would be preferred but not essential
