The role involves leading integrated teams in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and more to develop cohesive strategies. Qualifications

  • Senior commercial leadership experience in hospitality or multi-brand travel/consumer-facing organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated teams across multiple commercial functions.
  • Proven track record improving RevPAR index and overall revenue performance.
  • Deep understanding of pricing, segmentation, and distribution strategy.
  • Strong financial literacy with knowledge of EBITDA impact.

Responsabilités

  • Build and lead a unified commercial strategy across hotel brands.
  • Lead Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, and Loyalty teams.
  • Improve channel mix and direct channel performance.
  • Establish partnerships with industry organizations and B2B buyers.
  • Oversee commercial analytics and performance reporting.
