In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the adoption of technology within the Wine & Spirits industry. You will embark on a transformative journey, guiding various Tech projects and ensuring effective change management methodologies are in place. Your efforts will be crucial in shaping the future of our partner's Tech landscape by fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement across global initiatives.

Accountabilities
  • Build & maintain global change management methodologies & frameworks for Tech projects.
  • Secure consistency of practices across the group, considering the specificities of all types of change.
  • Design & maintain change management templates & tools, including impact assessment and adoption KPIs.
  • Ensure understanding & access to templates for all relevant parties.
  • Train key change actors on change approaches & tools and support them in driving change.
  • Drive initiatives to acculturate teams to change stakes and animate training for seniors.
  • Review key metrics on adoption challenges and leverage innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of strong expertise in change management & adoption methodologies.
  • Good market knowledge of innovative practices in change management.
  • Previous experience in driving change management for transformation projects, preferably in Tech.
  • Hands‑on mindset with creativity & innovation.
  • Coaching & community management skills.
  • Understanding of IT contexts and experience in agile/product transition journeys is a plus.
