Responsabilités

• Lead the development of the Li-ion cell.
• Specify and design the Li-ion cell to meet supplier requirements.
• Report the technical status in the scope of project development.
• Ensure synchronization of each stakeholder within the frame of the cell development project.
• Responsible for the cell Development QCT (Quality, Cost, Delay).
• Support the product technology roadmap.
• Survey new technology for Li-ion cell.

Main Missions

• To lead the development of the Li-ion cell
• To specify and design the Li-ion cell to meet the supplier requirements
• To report the technical status in the scope of the project development
• To ensure the synchronization of each stakeholder within the frame of the cell development project
• Responsible of the cell Development QCT (Quality, Cost, Delay)
• To support the product technology roadmap
• To ensure a survey of new technology for Li-ion cell

Requirements

• MSC or PhD in materials science or electrochemistry
• Experience of Li-ion Development Project (from design to validation)
• Experience in designing cell considering System requirements
• Design to safety analysis, DFMEA, root-cause analysis
• APQP, 4M management
• Experience in Li-ion cell manufacturing
