We are looking for a Global Internal Control Senior Manager to lead and enhance our internal control framework at a global level. This strategic role involves close collaboration with global functions, regional teams, and the internal control network to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will report to the Corporate Internal Control Director and your main responsibilities around our Internal Control framework will be:

1. Strategy: contribute to defining the strategic vision of the future referential.
2. Excellence in Execution:

• Lead the update of the internal referential (DANGO), including pre-alignment, stakeholder communication, and formalization in collaboration with the Internal Control network, functional teams, and global business owners.
• Revise and enhance internal control instructions in preparation for the DANGO campaign, ensuring alignment with current practices and expectations.
• Draft internal control guidelines on ad hoc or emerging topics to support consistent application across the organization.
• Draft and co-prepare the scoping file for all DANGO entities.

Communication & Animation:

• Drive engagement and coordination within the Internal Control network, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing (center of expertise community calls, internal control committee…)
• Provide assistance to the internal control network during the campaign when difficulties arise.

Monitoring Internal Control Results and report:

• Coordinate with the Control Tower to prepare internal control results analysis and presentations to leading functions, Danone Business Services, and regions.
• Analyze and compare results with the prior year's campaign.

Your Key Deliverables will be:

• Internal Control results presentations (timely delivered and solid analysis)
• DANGO referential and prior year comparative analysis
• Internal Control instructions and guidelines
• Scoping file (DANGO entities and related controls)

About You

The criteria below are indicative. A candidate with a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience with a background in External Audit or Business Planning / Financial Control in a large Country or Regional Role.
• You possess strong communication & collaboration skills with a great capacity to engage stakeholders within a multicultural network.
• You have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• You are able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
