Une entreprise leader dans l'industrie de la beauté recherche un avocat d'entreprise temporaire pour rejoindre son équipe juridique mondiale. Le candidat idéal collaborera avec des avocats de filiales et des conseillers externes pour gérer des questions de droit des affaires à l'international. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien des projets de développement international et dans la gestion des activités des filiales. Une expertise en droit des affaires et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique sont indispensables.

Qualifications

• Bonnes compétences en droit des affaires et international.

Responsabilités

• Surveiller les activités des filiales étrangères et les formalités connexes.
• Participer aux projets de développement international du Groupe.
• Rédiger et superviser les contrats intra-Groupe.
• Fournir des conseils juridiques sur les questions de droit des sociétés.

As part of a maternity leave replacement within the Global Legal Department, you will join the Corporate Legal team. You will serve as a business partner on international corporate law issues faced by various operational teams (finance, strategy, general management, group subsidiaries in France and abroad).

In collaboration with subsidiary lawyers, external counsel, and finance teams:

• Monitor the corporate activities of foreign subsidiaries, including boards of directors, shareholders' meetings, powers of attorney, and oversee operations like approval of accounts, amendments to articles of association, mandates, and other operational authorizations.
• Participate in the Group's international development projects, including legal feasibility studies and external growth operations.
• Draft and oversee intra-Group contracts.
• Provide operational and strategic legal advice on corporate law matters.
• Manage formalities related to opening, transferring, and closing secondary establishments in France.
• Update the Group's database and organization charts.
• Contribute to the digitization efforts of the Legal Department.
