Main Responsibilities
  • Share withManaging Director sales strategiesto achieve company objectives.
  • Manage,motivate, and train the sales team, monitoring both individual and groupperformance.
  • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Collaboratewith marketing to launch promotional campaigns and new products.
  • Manage thesales department budget and optimize available resources.
  • Negotiatecontracts and commercial terms with customers and suppliers.

Their main goal is to improvethe actual business in terms of sales and margins , leading the sales team and implementingeffective strategies to acquire new customers and investigate for potentialM&A actions.
