A dynamic consulting firm in Paris is looking for a professional skilled in business development and sales in a B2B context. You will leverage your understanding of HR and recruitment, while making strategic decisions in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English, with proven experience in the French market. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and involves collaboration with small teams to drive impactful results.
You have experience in business development or sales in a B2B, impact or hybrid context. You have a strong understanding of HR, recruitment and talent acquisition environments. You are able to balance strategy and execution in a lean organisation. You are comfortable making decisions in imperfect contexts. You are confident managing small teams and driving accountability. You are very comfortable working with digital tools and data (CRM, pipelines, dashboards) and use them to drive decisions and follow‑up. You are motivated by impact, but rigorous about results. You have hands‑on experience working with the French market, including companies, HR practices and hiring dynamics. You speak fluent French & English (extra languages are a plus).
