About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales of Saudi Arabia–based travel services. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with international travel agencies, promote our portfolio, and play a key role in expanding our presence in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Saudi Arabia-based travel products, including hotels, flights, land arrangements, and MICE to international travel agencies.
  • Build and manage relationships with travel agencies and tour operators in the dedicated sourcing market.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities with travel agencies and partners.
  • Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate prices for hotels, flights, and land arrangements.
  • Support travel agencies with product knowledge and ensure they are well-informed about available services.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or challenges faced by international partners.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian travel market, including key destinations, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and OKRs set by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel sales (B2B sector), preferably, tour operators, B2B platforms, Outbound agencies, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry systems, including B2B platforms, booking engines, and CRM tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and other MS systems.
  • Experience in managing relationships with international travel agencies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of international travel markets.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian travel destinations, culture, and attractions is a plus.
  • Ability to work in this sourcing market with occasional travel if required
