We’re looking for a BSOS Assistant to provide operational, administrative and coordination support across the BSOS Division, covering both corporate activities and project operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate information, efficient processes and smooth coordination during both event and non‑event periods.

What you’ll do
  • Maintain and update BSOS documentation processes and shared tools
  • Provide administrative and logistical support across BSOS departments
  • Support procurement activities (purchase order approvals and follow‑ups)
  • Maintain accurate project and staffing information in BSOS tools
  • Support coordination of timelines, deliverables and action tracking
  • Act as a connector between teams, helping information flow clearly and consistently
  • Support internal communication reporting and consolidated summaries
  • Contribute to people allocation and flex‑office processes
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in an administrative coordination or project‑support role, ideally in a multi‑team or event‑driven environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously on well‑defined tasks while knowing when to escalade
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership
