Role Description

We are seeking a Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge blockchain products from concept to launch. In this full-time remote role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product strategy, build scalable solutions, and ensure world-class user experiences.

You will oversee product roadmaps, align technical execution with market needs, and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a strong grasp of blockchain technologies and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within blockchain, crypto, or Web3 products
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including DeFi, NFTs, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and dApps
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and leading full product development cycles
• Ability to define product strategy, create feature roadmaps, and drive execution from ideation to launch
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical mindset and user‑centric product thinking
