The role is fully remote or hybrid with a focus on proactive outreach. Candidates should have at least one year of outbound prospecting experience and be fluent in both French and English. The compensation package includes an OTE of up to €75k with uncapped commission and benefits.

Overview

This role focuses on driving new business within enterprise accounts (1000 employees) through proactive outbound efforts supported by marketing and sales collaboration. The position offers a structured career path into AE or specialist roles within 24 months and is well-suited for driven autonomous professionals who thrive in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • 80% outbound prospecting 20% inbound lead follow-up
  • Leverage video prospecting sales cadences events and webinars (2 / month) to engage prospects
  • Conduct 4050 daily outreaches targeting enterprise organizations
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
  • Meet monthly targets: 9 meetings booked 67 SAOs
  • Maintain activity in line with a 12-month average sales cycle (3K monthly deal size equivalent)

Compensation

OTE: Up to 75K (60 / 40 split)

Base: Typically 45K; up to 50K for strong profiles with proven cybersecurity experience
