This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ATR - PMO Engineering Performance in France.

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening engineering performance by driving continuous improvement, managing risks, and supporting operational excellence across key processes. You will collaborate with multiple technical and project teams to optimize methods, improve quality, and ensure consistent performance practices. The position also requires coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, developing visual management tools, and supporting subcontracting management standards. It offers the opportunity to influence engineering efficiency while working in an international and highly collaborative environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and integrate risk management frameworks within engineering performance activities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Right‑First‑Time, and problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Design and deploy visual management tools to monitor financial and operational performance.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, ensure consistency, track deviations, and drive related action plans.
  • Ensure alignment between performance monitoring and risk management workflows.
  • Deploy internal assessments to verify process adherence and conformity.
  • Act as the reference for subcontracting management, supporting teams in defining needs and applying consistent methods.
  • Manage cross‑functional engineering projects focused on processes, standards, and operational methods.
  • Coordinate follow‑up and resolution of non‑conformities from EN9100, ISO 14001 and P21G audits.
  • Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement eradication plans.
  • Propose and deploy improvement initiatives to enhance engineering performance.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent academic background.
  • At least 5 years of experience a similar engineering or performance‑driven function.
  • Strong knowledge of EN and ISO certification requirements, including PART 21J standards.
  • Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive operational initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and French (Italian is considered a plus).
