An international business school is seeking an academic with a Ph.D. and a strong research profile in Art Thinking. The successful candidate will develop and teach programs across multiple platforms, contribute to innovative pedagogy, and collaborate internationally. The Department of Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School and the Improbable Chair in Art Thinking, supported by Galeries Lafayette, and the Department of Entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School are seeking a candidate with an international research profile and a genuine passion for art- based approaches to entrepreneurship, management, innovation, and pedagogy.
The Chair develops Art Thinking as a distinctive field of research and teaching. Art Thinking is a creative method inspired by artistic practices, designed to help individuals and organizations imagine improbable ideas with certainty. Its ambition is to equip leaders and learners with the ability to confront uncertainty, question dominant norms, and create alternative futures.
