A dynamic gaming company in Lyon is seeking an experienced Associate Producer to coordinate feature development. This role involves ensuring timely delivery while aligning with the product vision and enhancing player experience. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in game production, be fluent in French, and have a strong understanding of production workflows. The position offers competitive compensation and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Associate Producer in video game production.

Job Description

Your mission

You will be the main person responsible for coordinating feature development to ensure timely delivery, alignment with the product vision, and an exceptional player experience.

Your Role
  • Be part of a dedicated squad team, focused on a specific area of the game, working closely with designers, developers, and artists.
  • Define and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap that aligns with product milestones, team capacity, and the project’s OKRs. Break down high-level goals into actionable, trackable tasks.
  • Tracks team progress against sprint and milestone goals, anticipates risks, and takes initiative to resolve delays or blockers. Drives accountability and ensures scope is delivered with quality.
  • Communicates clearly with stakeholders about progress, risks, and dependencies. Delivers concise, actionable reports and continuously integrates feedback into planning. Monitors “planned vs. actual” performance on budget, features, and delivery.
  • Leads sprint rituals (planning, reviews, retrospectives) with structure and purpose. Consistently maintains and refines the backlog, ensuring the team stays focused on delivering the most valuable outcomes.
  • Partners with QA and Design to uphold high standards of polish and usability. Identifies issues through test feedback and player insights, ensuring the team learns and iterates effectively.
Requirements

What we expect

We look for an autonomous and organized profile with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Associate Producer in video game production, fluent in French and with a good understanding of English.

  • Strong understanding of production workflows and F2P models
  • Ability to create, manage, and adapt plans to meet delivery goals, understanding scope, resources, budget, and constraints
  • Assertive communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and bridge technical and creative teams
  • Skills in conflict resolution and decision-making
  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong discipline in following processes and communicating clearly
  • Curious with a problem-solving mindset
  • An interest in F2P/Live mobile games would be an asset
