Role: Track Lead - Mainframe Automation

Mainframe Cloud Services team is a global organization, delivering world class Mainframe infrastructure
services to our global international customers. We put quality, standardization, efficiency together with
cost control equally high as inclusion, integrity and people centricity.
As a member of one of our global teams you will be assigned to various tasks, both run-time and one
time delivery, supporting our different customers with technical activities related to your expertise.

Job Summary
The Track Lead in Support & Operations will play a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This role is essential for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective leadership and strategic guidance to enhance overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement Mainframe Automation Solutions To Enhance Operational Systems, Facilitating Improved Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow To Optimize Business Processes.
2. Utilize Message Automation Tools To Ensure Timely Communication Of Updates And Status To Clients, Ensuring That The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals, Driving A Culture Of Accountability And Performance Excellence.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Methodologies For Process Development, Enhancing Organizational Efficiency And Effectiveness.
