A leading global hospitality company based in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager. This role involves supervising the Front Office Team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and managing customer relations throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, be fluent in French and English, and possess strong organizational skills. This position may require night shifts as necessary, and offers a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Front Office Team to ensure exceptional guest experience from check‑in to check‑out.
  • Manage and optimize match between customer profile and room type.
  • Train and animate reception team and organize their work.
  • Interface with other hotel services: accommodation, reservations, catering.
  • Participate in turnover development by applying upselling techniques.
  • Manage customer relations throughout the stay.
  • Handle administrative tasks: orders, reception of new team members, manage generic mailbox, correct invoicing of group files, follow‑up upselling and loyalty program enrollment.
  • Manage accounts receivable balances.
Working Hours

Full‑time. Night shifts considered as needed.

Qualifications

  • Sense of service, attention to detail, and professional appearance.
  • Efficient, organized, and dynamic.
  • Fluent in French and English (both oral and written).
  • Experience with OnQ software is a plus.
