Join ADI Global Distribution an innovative player in the distribution of security solutions. Our mission : Accelerate our commercial growth in France by boosting sales through the e-commerce channel thanks to a smooth and engaging digital customer experience. Based in Alfortville we are looking for a student in their 4th or 5th year of business school (Bac4 / 5) for an alternance contract.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing our existing online sales improving customer adoption and optimizing our quote-to-conversion rate.

This position requires a proactive individual with a strong commercial mindset and a good understanding of customer segmentation.

JOB DUTIES

• Contribute to the development of the e-shops commercial strategy (campaigns promotional planning)
• Write SEO-optimized product descriptions create email campaigns and optimize performance using Google Analytics
• Conduct digital prospecting : lead scraping qualification and follow-up
• Report on performance metrics
• Take a proactive approach : follow up with certain clients to assist them in creating their profiles
• Increase existing online sales through targeted marketing strategies
• Improve customer adoption by developing and implementing effective onboarding processes
• Enhance quote conversion rates by analyzing and optimizing sales processes
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Segment customers to tailor marketing efforts and boost engagement
• Call potential and new clients to help them create accounts
• Support new clients during their first experience by helping them place their first order

YOU MUST HAVE

• Currently pursuing a Bac3 / 4 degree in business school or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
