We are looking for a self-driven talent for an Assistant Director of Loss & Prevention to work with our Loss & Prevention team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards
  • Work with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed
  • Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and within guidelines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or related professional area
  • Has in-depth knowledge of local and state laws related to loss prevention and safety
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, or a related field. Master's degree is desirable
