Administrative Assistant – Bulk & Key Accounts Team
Location: Aubervilliers
Contract Duration: 2 years
Start Date: ASAP
Work Style: Hybrid (on-site + remote)
Hours: 35 per week (1 hour unpaid lunch)

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Bulk & Key Accounts Team. This role involves managing customer relationships, handling contracts, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate customer records. You’ll also assist with quote preparation, document research, and general administrative tasks.
