• Monitor execution of releases and manage risks.

Description du poste

The Area Product Owner works with other APOs in order to define the features that will be delivered to Mobile Infrastructure customers in the coming releases and which department will do this implementation.

• Prioritized product backlog

• Program targets
• Quality targets
• Processes and tools
• OEP/Transformation Targets
• Location Plan/Strategy

Deliverables:

• Backlog for the deliverables in the scope of the Area
• FB/Sprint plan commitment
• Risk mitigation actions
• Release execution monitoring
• Release risk mitigation plan (cross-area impact)
• Program delay analysis
• DoD Declaration
