Eiffage Route recherche un spécialiste pour l'installation et la mise en œuvre de réseaux de pipelines au sein d'une équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal n'a pas besoin de formation spécifique, mais doit posséder de solides connaissances en sécurité et en gestion des risques chimiques. Responsabilités

• Marquer au sol l'installation, le retrait et l'entretien des dispositifs de signalisation.
• Construire et poser des pipelines pour divers fluides.
• Contrôler le bon fonctionnement des matériaux utilisés.

Description du poste

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

ASSIGNMENTS: Installation and implementation

1. Mark on the ground the installation, removal, maintenance, and relocation of signaling and safety devices.
2. Transport the necessary materials for the construction site: choose the right tools and materials, control their functioning.
3. Install temporary signs for site safety.
4. Probe and identify networks.
5. Arrange work tracks and prepare the trench bottom for piping.
6. Demolish special points manually or with small machinery.
7. Construct and lay pipelines (water, oil, gas, other fluids).
8. Perform bending and pre-bending of pipes (out of water).
9. Weld pipe sections and seal joints.
10. Excavate and connect pipeline sections.
11. Locate pipeline failures and identify their causes.
12. Test and clean the pipelines.
13. Lay prefabricated elements linked to the work.
14. Sling and handle loads.
15. Rehabilitate embankments.
16. Respect customer needs and specifications.
17. Perform resetting and ensure material thicknesses and compaction passes are respected.
18. Use small construction equipment and machinery, perform routine maintenance, and store equipment after work.

Job requirements: No specific training required. Optional authorizations: AIPR, H0 B0, ATEX, OPPBTP. Mandatory: SMS (Minimum Safety Knowledge), Chemical risks. Optional training: CACES.

Position environment: Hierarchical or functional attachment: Team leader. Internal relations: Other pipe/feeder workers, team leaders, engine driver, pipelayer. External relations: Providers and subcontractors.
