A major player in the food industry is seeking a Technician in Microbiology and Molecular Biology for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting January 1, 2026. Located in Vendôme, this role involves conducting experiments, implementing protocols, and supporting data analysis within an expert team focused on food fermentation. Ideal candidates will have a relevant higher education degree and knowledge in microbiology and molecular biology, making a significant contribution to food research and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with microbiological techniques (inoculation, isolation, identification).
  • Familiarity with nucleic acid extraction and PCR methods.
  • Initial experience in a similar position within the agri-food sector.

Responsabilités

  • Organizing and conducting experiments using microbiology and molecular biology.
  • Implementing molecular biology protocols on various matrices.
  • Supporting analysis of omics data from sequencing.
  • Participating in developing new analytical methods.
