We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Consultant AI Delivery Manager to take on the following responsibilities:

• Technical leadership:
  • Lead and coordinate fullstack developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI products that integrate LLMs and traditional software components.
  • Act as a technical lead to resolve complex engineering challenges and make informed architectural decisions.
• Product leadership:
  • Lead the products to jump the chasm between early adopters and early/late majority.
  • Collaborate with customers, support teams, and sales to deeply understand product usage and pain points.
  • Translate feedback into actionable and measurable improvements, and prioritize features that maximize user value.
  • Assist sales teams with the go‑to‑market.
• Project delivery:
  • Manage product delivery projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Ensure clear communication of technical requirements, dependencies, and risks.
  • Ensure overall client success with business teams by collecting key metrics measuring satisfaction, adoption, and performance of deployed solutions.
  • For internal deployments, actively encourage adoption and advise on how to maximize impact.

• Experience delivering AI projects / products that involve LLMs.
• Fluent in English and French.
