A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a passionate After Sales Manager to support the launch of its premium brand in France. You will be responsible for establishing After Sales operations, building a service partner network, and managing aftersales projects. Candidates should have extensive automotive After Sales experience, fluency in English and French, and the ability to travel. This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.

Denza is the new brand from BYD, the world's largest manufacturer of electrified cars, headquartered in Shenzhen, China. This year, Denza is entering the French market with its new premium brand, including the model Z9 GT shooting brake, featuring unique technical specifications.

As Denza launches in France, we are seeking a passionate and proactive After Sales Manager (France) to support the brand's market entry and establish its long-term position. The role involves leading the development of Denza’s After Sales operations in France, acting as a key project manager and liaison between Denza and BYD’s existing After Sales and network development teams.

Your responsibilities include building a robust service partner network, ensuring full service readiness at launch, and managing key aftersales projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience for a premium EV brand from the ground up, utilizing BYD’s infrastructure and expertise.

You will report directly to the Denza France director, with a dotted line to the European After Sales team.

Fixed-term contract for 2 years.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage Denza’s After Sales operations in France in cooperation with the network team.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Denza and BYD's After Sales teams.
  • Develop and oversee a high-quality service partner network.
  • Ensure full service readiness for market launch and ongoing operations.
  • Manage and drive cross-functional aftersales projects.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in automotive After Sales operations and project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of French automotive service standards and dealer/service network structures.
  • Practical, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality.
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel within France and internationally, approximately 50% of the time.
  • Valid EU Class B driver’s license.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally around 10 years.
