As an Advanced Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of project management for moderate to high complexity projects or a portfolio of lower complexity projects.

You will report to the Project Portfolio Manager and be based in France or Belgium, with the possibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a medium-sized team, potentially including project controls and sub-project managers.
2. Support proposal processes for projects of moderate to high complexity.
3. Oversee development of cost estimates and offers for plant support and modifications; guide customer negotiations.
4. Build relationships with team members, customers, and partners to ensure project success and identify new business opportunities.
5. Resolve complex technical, commercial, and operational issues to deliver high-quality results, foster positive relations, and maintain profit margins.
6. Analyze contract requirements for successful project execution.
7. Utilize and support project management systems and controls, providing senior management with accurate project status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing moderate to high complexity projects.
• Understanding of PMI’s PMBOK guide.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification.
• Skills in project scheduling and cost management.
• Proficiency in English and French.
