Designing, developing, and maintaining digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe technologies

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to build and manage web content management solutions that deliver seamless digital experiences. The role involves working with AEM authoring and publishing environments, developing custom components, templates, and workflows, and integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, designers, and developers to optimize digital channels and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

AEM Development & Customization

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows using Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL (Sightly)
• Implement AEM authoring and publishing workflows to support content lifecycle management
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign
• Develop responsive and accessible digital experiences aligned with business requirements

Maintenance & Performance

• Monitor and optimize AEM environments for performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM instances and integrations
• Manage AEM upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• Work closely with content authors, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Document AEM architecture, code standards, and operational procedures
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Adobe Experience Manager development and administration
• Strong Java development skills and knowledge of OSGi, Sling, and HTL/Sightly
• Experience integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and third-party systems
• Knowledge of web content management best practices and digital marketing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and AEM as a Cloud Service
• Understanding of DevOps practices related to AEM deployment
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
• Adobe certifications related to AEM or Adobe Marketing Cloud
