As Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also being a visible touchpoint for some of our clients and partners. From managing admin and finance processes to supporting HR and team operations, you’ll create the structure that enables our consultants and partners to focus on delivering impact.
Beyond internal support, you’ll also interact with clients: coordinating invoices, handling event organisation, and occasionally representing LaSource in day‑to‑day communications. You will report directly to one of the Partners and work closely with our finance and operations support team.
