Hey there! We’re Renaissance Studio, a team of innovators using AI to shake up the world of creative production. We’re on the lookout for a part-time Administrative Assistant who’ll be the go-to person for making our office run smoothly and keeping our team happy.

This is a 2–3 days a week onsite role at our office in Paris located at the top of Montparnasse Tower (with a breathtaking view on the Eiffel tower). Think of it as a mix of office manager, HR sidekick, team cheerleader, and executive assistant — a role where no two days look the same.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Keep the office buzzing: Supplies stocked, plants alive, passwords and computers working, contracts in check — basically making sure our space feels great to work in.
  • Boost team happiness: Plan fun activities, team lunches, afterworks, little surprises, and make the office a place people actually want to come to.
  • Support the founders: Organize calls, prepare slides, track budgets — you’ll be their trusted right hand.
  • Help with hiring: Post jobs, screen candidates, run initial interviews, schedule calls, and make sure onboarding/offboarding goes smoothly.
  • Handle admin & HR bits: Contracts, leave, absences, payroll support, liaising with interns, and small HR projects like setting up benefits.
  • Make things better: Spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help us continuously improve how we work.
What We’re Looking For
  • You’ve done a mix of admin, HR, office management, or assistant roles before
  • You’re super organized and love juggling different tasks at once
  • People describe you as positive, approachable, and a great communicator
  • You’re proactive — you see what needs to be done and just do it
  • You can switch easily between “serious admin mode” and “let’s make the office fun mode”
  • You’re comfortable in both French and English
  • You’re based in Paris and happy to be onsite 2–3 days a week at Tour Montparnasse
