BYD Europe recherche un gestionnaire des opérations de bureau pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes, gérer les fournitures et soutenir les besoins administratifs des employés. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience et de solides compétences en organisation et communication, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise du français, de l'anglais et du chinois.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Compétences organisationnelles et de communication solides.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, y compris les fournitures et l'équipement.
  • Superviser la planification et l'utilisation des véhicules de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer le soutien administratif aux employés, notamment les voyages.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Oversee the scheduling, usage, and maintenance of company vehicles.

Support employee administrative needs such as travel arrangements and documentation.

Coordinate with external service providers.

Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and office communications.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good command of French,English and Chinese (spoken and written).
