Une entreprise industrielle de premier plan cherche à recruter un(e) Supervisateur(trice) Comptable pour diriger un projet de migration vers la nouvelle version Sage FRP 1000. Ce poste clé implique la gestion d'une équipe de comptables, la supervision des clôtures annuelles et l'assurance de la conformité aux normes comptables françaises et US GAAP. Qualifications

Description du poste

Location: La Talaudiere, France (Loire, 42)

As a leading industrial company, our firm (200 employees, €31 million in revenue) operates in a demanding and technical environment.

As part of the modernization of our management tools and in order to meet the new accounting requirements for 2026, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor (M/F) to lead the migration project to the new Sage FRP 1000 version and ensure the reliability of our financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Lead the migration to the new Sage FRP 1000 version (configuration, user support, validation of accounting flows).
• Ensure the solution's compliance with 2026 regulatory requirements.
• Act as the key contact for service providers and the IT department.
• Accounting and financial management: Oversee the maintenance and reliability of general and analytical accounts. Monitor fixed assets.
• Participate in various closings.
• Prepare the annual file for certification of the accounts by the auditors.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the budget in conjunction with management control.
• Supervision: Manage and support a team of accountants.
• Ensure the team's skills development and the reliability of their work.

Requirements

• Education: 5 years of higher education (DSCG, Master's in Accounting and Management, business school with a specialization in finance/accounting).
• Experience: at least 10 years of experience in accounting, including several years in an industrial environment. Proven experience in accounting supervision and annual closings.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and French accounting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP tools, ideally Sage FRP 1000.
• Leadership, rigor, results-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional English, read, written, and spoken.
