Qualifications

• Expert-comptable qualifié avec expérience dans un environnement multinational.
• Capacité avérée à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
• Compétence en comptabilité, fiscalité, et normes IFRS/GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la publication des rapports financiers dans les délais.
• Surveiller et réconcilier les comptes du bilan.
• Coordonner les audits fiscaux ad hoc.

Description du poste

What you do

This role is within the Group Accounting & Reporting (A&R) department of the Finance Function. The team ensures timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual ledger closing and reporting under IFRS and local GAAP, complying with Solvency II regulation within Allianz Partners.

AWP Health & Life S.A., incorporated and registered with the French regulator, conducts its annual closing, audit, and filing under French GAAP. Monthly and quarterly closings for this entity follow IFRS standards for group reporting by the H&L Accounting & Reporting team.

• Ensure all periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are disclosed timely, meeting group deadlines and regulatory requirements, including accounting, tax, and legal standards.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts and ensure proper reconciliations are performed by Finance Factory to provide reliable financial statements.
• Oversee profit and loss accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping by Finance Factory to reflect the financial position and profitability of the Sub Region.
• Assist Finance Factory in delivering tax submissions on time, escalate risks as needed, and coordinate ad hoc tax audits.
