About the role

As an Accountant at Yousign, you will play a crucial role in the financial and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for building and analyzing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulatory standards. Your role will encompass working on accounts payable (AP) and preparing detailed financial reports. Additionally, you will assist with audits and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations.

What you will do
1. Financial records and reporting
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Reconcile bank statements, expenses, and other financial documents.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance‑related tasks.
2. Accounting & financial operations
  • Assist in processing all accounting transactions: sales, expenses, payments and payroll.
  • Manage supplier invoices and expense approvals via SaaS tools.
  • Perform bank operation imports, account postings, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Help monitor expenses and ensure appropriate classification of costs.
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accounting systems.
3. Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Support the team in implementing and improving financial controls and processes.
  • Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and apply best practices.
  • Help identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in accounting workflows and solutions.
4. Collaboration & Learning
  • Work closely with other departments to collect and verify financial data.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Develop your skills by learning from senior team members and participating in training opportunities.
About you
  • You have 1‑2 years of experience (including apprenticeship)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, such as a DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion), or similar qualification
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Good understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Good communication skills, with professional level in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team player with a proactive and solution‑oriented attitude
