Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des comptes B2B SaaS.
  • Antécédents dans la gestion et l'expansion de portefeuilles clients.
  • Expérience en produits SaaS techniques, solutions basées sur API.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger et développer une équipe de 6 Account Managers.
  • Suivre et optimiser les indicateurs de performance du portefeuille.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de Customer Success et Sales.

Position Overview :

We’re looking for a Team Lead to manage and grow our team of 6Account Managers , who are responsible for driving expansion, retention, and client satisfaction across our existing customer base.

You’ll lead a team focused on developing high-value, long-term relationships with customers across France and Europe. You’ll also contribute strategically by identifying revenue growth opportunities, optimizing team performance, and working cross-functionally to enhance customer success.

This is a key leadership role where customer-centricity meets commercial performance.

Your responsibilities :

As Team Lead – Account Management, you will :

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring their success and growth;
  • Oversee portfolio strategy , assigning accounts and setting priorities across Midmarket and SMB segments;
  • Monitor and optimize expansion MRR and retention KPIs , driving portfolio growth;
  • Join or support in strategic account conversations , renewals, and upsell negotiations;
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to align efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience;
  • Track performance and maintain operational excellence via CRM (Salesforce);
  • Drive process improvements and best practices across account management workflows.
  • Ensure recruitment of best in class Account Managers to support the growth of the team, in collaboration with our talent acquisition team

About You :

  • We’re looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader :
  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success, with a proven track record managing an existing portfolio and driving revenue expansion.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is mandatory .
  • Experience working with technical SaaS products , especially API-based solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to sales.
  • You are both a skilled communicator and negotiator , able to articulate value and secure deals.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
  • You have a builder mindset and are comfortable with evolutive processes.
  • You are optimistic, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
