Role

We are seeking a results‑driven Account Manager with the below mission and responsibilities :



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account: understand their use cases, success metrics and monitor their project success

  • Create, drive and increase revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolio

  • Develop account management plan for upsell and retention strategy

  • Generate leads and chase qualified business opportunities

  • Suggest innovative solutions to meet customer needs

  • Own the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and deal‑closing

  • Coordinate customers testimonials and references to feed new business and sales processes


Requirements


  • Significant experience in an Account Management role selling SaaS solution with a customer‑oriented approach

  • Proficiency in both French and English

  • Be a Deal‑closer

  • Ability to generate business leads for upsell

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot)

  • Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills

  • Excellent ability to organise, prioritise, and streamline tasks through automation within portfolio management

  • Dynamic, curious, creative and self‑driven

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal Business Development, Marketing, Pre‑Sales, CSM, to win a deal
