SciNova are excited to be partnered alongside a key player in the European Life Sciences market who offer a unique and specialised portfolio of reagents and solvents for both industry and research based customers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with this client base across France through account development and proactive business development. You will represent our clients entire product portfolio and collaborate closely with the other AM's to achieve strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior, results-oriented individual with a passion for Life Sciences and a proven track record in exceeding sales objectives.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within industry and research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-customers through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Provide product education and support to end-customers, ensuring a deep understanding of my clients portfolio and its value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and R&D to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
  • Utilise CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate forecasts.

Role requirements:

  • Degree educated in a scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years' minimum of relevant industry experience generated within the Life Sciences Biopharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry (selling reagents is a huge plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to have technical discussions with scientific end-customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results driven.
  • Fluent English and French is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
